At Editorial Arte, the dedication and passion into our work each day shine through the end-product, which has received many awards, both in Venezuela and abroad.
The countless awards bestowed on the company since 1975 are proof of its quality work. Among them we can name: 19 awards at the world's largest printing fair, the "Internacionalen Buchkunst-Ausstellung" (IBA) in Leipzig, Germany, 1989. These include the "Golden Letter", and the "Gold Medal", the highest categories being awarded.
Likewise, Editorial Arte was the most award-winning of Latin American publishing houses (six first prizes) during the two editions of the "Theobaldo de Nigris Latin American Contest of Graphic Products" (1990 - 1991, 1992 - 1993 and 1996 - 1997).
Nationally, Editorial Arte has won a series of top awards within the graphic arts industry, among which we find: "Personal Fishing on Venezuela's Caribbean Coast" and "Stories about Venezuelan Radio Broadcasting told and retold" in 1994 as the "Best Books of the Year", in the category of informative books, publisher. "The Silk Axe" and "Our Daily Bread" as "Best Books of the Year" in 1995, in the category of creative books, publisher, granted by Fundalibro.
In 1996, "Live Craftsmanship" was awarded as the best illustrated book. This book was also awarded best book by Fundalibro in 1996, while "Quinta Anauco" was awarded 1st. place in 1997.
